At Aditi Gupta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Aditi Gupta tags attached before placing them back in their original sustainable packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
